Rich will be speaking on "What Every Farmer Should Know About: Business Structures, Hiring Employees, and Making Value-Added Products" at the NOFA/Mass Winter Conference on January 16, 2016, at Worcester State University.

Over 1,000 people from Massachusetts and neighboring states convene for 70+ workshops on land access, beekeeping, crop production, farm management, health, homesteading, urban/backyard gardening, organic land care, and more. Choose from 70 workshops, following one subject all day, or choosing from a variety of topics in three 90-minute workshop slots. Interactive and educational workshops are also available for children and teens.
